WWE and Martha Hart, the widow of the late Owen Hart, announced a lawsuit settlement on Wednesday over royalities and the use of Hart’s image according to a report by the Associated Press. Both parties didn’t disclose any details regarding the lawsuit. Hart sued WWE in June 2010 claiming the company didn’t make royalty payments owed to Owen Hart’s estate and violated a contract over the use of her husband’s likeness.
