Welcome to this week’s edition of WWE Main Event. Filling in for CJ Bowman this week, so let’s get on with the show!

Handicap Match: The Miz vs. The Prime-Time Players (Darren Young & Titus O’Neil)

Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett joins commentary for this match. Darren Young will start for his match. Miz goes right after Young at the opening bell and takes him down. Miz goes to lock in the Figure Four, but Young slips out and retreats to the outside as we go to commercial.

Back from commercial as O’Neil is now in there with Miz and has the advantage. Tag to Young, who works over Miz some more. Miz begins to fight back, but while doing so, is getting distracted by the presence of Barrett at the commentary table. This allows Young to nail Miz from behind and regain control of the match-up. Prime-Time Players begin to make frequent tags back and forth to keep the advantage on their side. Young now in, but Miz makes a comeback and hits Young with the Reality Check for a nearfall as we go to commercial.

Back from commercial as again O’Neil has gotten the advantage on Miz, throwing him around the ring like a lawn dart. Young is tagged in again, but Miz once again makes a comeback on him.

Miz takes down Young and this time locks in the Figure Four, giving Young no choice but to tap-out.

Winner: The Miz by submission (Figure Four Leglock)

Afterwards, Miz & Barrett had a staredown as we go to commercial.

Back from commercial, we go to video from RAW of CM Punk attacking the Undertaker and dumping the ashes of Paul Bearer on him.

We then see video of the confrontation between Triple H, Brock Lesnar, Paul Heyman & Shawn Michaels before we go to commercial.

Back from commercial, we see video of Jack Swagger & Zeb Colter’s interview on the streets of Washington from RAW.

Backstage, Matt Striker interviews the Big Show and asks him if he as turned over a new leaf. Show says that is the last thing his partners need for him to turn over a new leaf. They need him to be at his most vicious for WrestleMania this Sunday.

Finally, we see a video for the John Cena-Rock WWE Title match to close the show.
