Robin Fitzgerald of The Sun Herald is reporting that WWE star Jack Swagger (real name Donald Jacob Hager) is scheduled to appear in court on 6/25 in Gulfport Municipal Court over his DUI arrest back in February. Swagger was arrested on misdemeanor charges of DUI, speeding and possession of marijuana.
