Bill Goldberg revealed at the C4 Comic Con in Winnipeg a few weeks ago that Paul “Triple H” Levesque called him about a possible appearance at Wrestlemania 30, but that no kind of deal was agreed to or is in place at the moment. While he stated he was open to coming back, he would only do it at the right price and would never call them wanting to come back.

According to a report by Dave Meltzer, Goldberg’s financial demands were described as being “very significant.” Goldberg added he felt the company releasing a DVD about his career was calculated to build interest and dropping his name during Ryback matches on television. He said if they were trying to get fans to put pressure on him to come back for “the pop” he doesn’t care saying if they really want him, they know what he wants and have his number.
