We see the usual intro, then go to the opening match.
NXT Women’s Title Tournament First Round Match: Emma vs. “The Dirtiest Diva in the Game” Charlotte w/Sasha Banks
Emma trips up Charlotte early and gains a nearfall. Charlotte hot-shots Emma across the top rope, gains a nearfall. Headscissors applied. Crowd wills on Emma. Emma counters with a pin attempt for a nearfall. Charlotte comes back with a clothesline for a nearfall. Headscissors re-applied. Skullcrusher by Charlotte while keeping the headscissors applied. Emma gets free and hits a clothesline, both women down. Emma brings out her own version of the Cobra, but Charlotte ducks and Emma nails Sasha with it, who has on the apron.
Charlotte then rolls up Emma in Charlotte’s Web for the win.

The Legioniares (Sylvester LeFort & Marcus Louis) vs. El Local & Kalisto
This is both teams’ NXT debuts. LeFort & Local start. Louis in, but Local knocks him down. Snap legdrop for a nearfall. Louis knocks down Local, then LeFort gets a shot in from the apron. LeFort in, swinging neckbreaker for a nearfall. Louis in and the Legioniares drive Local into the corner. Big right hand by Louis for a nearfall. LeFort in, Louis with a slam, LeFort with a legdrop for a nearfall. Louis in, continues to work over Local. Neck vise applied. Crowd wills on Local with a “Lucha” chant. Local fights out with a jawbreaker. Local then with a kick from underneath, both men down. Kalisto & LeFort in, Kalisto with a springboard crossbody. Springboard corkscrew crossbody, then a standing Shiranui, but Louis breaks it up. Local with a Spidey move that sends Louis to the outside. Local then wipes out Louis with a slingshot corkscrew plancha! LeFort with a knee to the ribs of Kalisto.
Kalisto with a rolling kick, followed by a handspring kick for the win.
Winners: El Local & Kalisto by pinfall (Handspring Kick)
El Local & Kalisto celebrate their win afterwards.

Camacho vs. Captain Comic from the Exotic Express
Camacho instantly hits a dropkick. Big back suplex, followed by a jumping legdrop. Camacho rips at Comic’s mask, then hits a headbutt. Camacho hits the running Samoan Drop.
Running Powerslam for the win.
Winner: Camacho by pinfall (Running Powerslam)
Afterwards, Camacho looks to do more damage, but Adam Rose runs in to make the save.

NXT Women’s Title Tournament First Round Match: Alicia Fox vs. Alexa Bliss
This is Bliss’s NXT debut. Fox takes down Bliss early. Bliss kicks Fox away when heading on the turnbuckles, then Fox avoids a 450 Splash attempt, but Bliss lands on her feet and hits a dropkick. Double Kneedrop Moonsault for a nearfall. Fox with a knee to the ribs, followed by the tilt-a-whirl backbreaker for a nearfall. Chinlock applied, crowd wills on Bliss. Northern Lights by Fox for a nearfall. Fox continues to take control.
Bliss fights back, then counters another tilt-a-whirl with an inside cradle for the upset win.
Winner and advancing to the Semi-Finals: Alexa Bliss by pinfall (Inside Cradle)
We see that its Charlotte vs. Alexa Bliss and Natalya vs. Sasha Banks in the Semi-Finals.
Backstage, Devin Taylor interviews NXT Champion Adrian Neville. Neville says the Funkasaurus is finally extinct thanks to me. Whoever wins the battle royal tonight to get a title shot will earn my respect and I look forward to their challenge.

Down to four. Tyson Kidd eliminates Bo Dallas. Down to Kidd, Tyler Breeze & Sami Zayn. Breeze hits Kidd with the Beauty Shot. Zayn almost eliminates Breeze. Breeze avoids the OLE Kick, Zayn almost eliminated. Breeze backdrops Kidd, almost eliminates him as Kidd & Zayn hang on by the top rope. Kidd headscissors Breeze out, causing all three to fall to the outside at the same time!
No Winner
Crowd chants for a “triple threat.” All three guys argue with the referees and each other about who won. The music of Triple H hits and he makes his way to ringside. Triple H says there is obvious confusion here, but we need a #1 Contender for NXT Takeover. Crowd again chants “triple threat.” Triple H says the crowd knows what is best for business. Next week, there will be a Triple Threat Match, the winner faces Adrian Neville for the NXT Title at NXT Takeover. All three guys stare each other down to close the show.
