WWE RAW tapings for May 19, 2014:
* Wyatt Family promo. John Cena runs out and attacks Bray Wyatt, lays him out with the AA. Cena vs. Luke Harper is made for the main event.
1. Cesaro w/Paul Heyman def. WWE United States Champion Sheamus in a Non-Title Match.
* Beat the Clock Challenge announced. Winner faces Bad News Barrett for the WWE Intercontinental Title at Payback.
2. Big E def. Ryback in a Beat the Clock Challenge in 5:02.
3. Fandango w/Layla vs. R-Truth w/The Funkadactyls went to a No Contest when Summer Rae returned, kissed Fandango and brawled with Layla.
* Daniel Bryan’s music hit, but Stephanie McMahon came out instead. Says she is thinking of stripping Daniel Bryan of the WWE World Title and wants Bryan to show up at RAW next week to surrender over the WWE World Title.
4. Rusev w/Lana def. Heath Slater w/3MB (dressed as the Union Jacks)
* Backstage promo with the Shield, says they will stand tall over Evolution.
5. Rob Van Dam def. Alberto Del Rio in a Beat the Clock Challenge in 4:47.
* Backstage segment with John Cena, the Usos & Renee Young.
6. Seth Rollins def. Batista by DQ when Triple H interfered. Triple H was special ring announcer, Randy Orton was special timekeeper and Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose were guest commentators for this match.
7. Alicia Fox def. WWE Divas Champion Paige in a Non-Title Match.
8. Dolph Ziggler def. Mark Henry in a Beat the Clock Challenge, but wins just shy of Rob Van Dam’s time of 4:47, so Van Dam is the #1 Contender to the WWE Intercontinental Title.
* Van Dam comes out to celebrate, but Bad News Barrett attacks him from behind and says Van Dam won’t be able to beat him at Payback.
* In-ring segment with Renee Young interviewing Adam Rose & his Rosebuds. Jack Swagger & Zeb Colter interrupt and Zeb challenges Rose to face Swagger in a match.
9. John Cena def. Luke Harper by DQ when Bray Wyatt interfered.
* The Wyatt Family attacks Cena afterwards and Wyatt lays out Cena with Sister Abigail on the stage. Wyatt begins singing over a fallen Cena as Harper counts to 10 to close the show.
