Courant.com has a new article about the arrest of WWE Diva Emma (Tenille Dashwood) yesterday afternoon at a Wal-Mart in Hartford, Connecticut where she was charged with sixth-degree larceny. The article mentions that Emma appeared at a community court earlier today in Hartford, with the judge ruling that Emma must do community service. Emma’s lawyer, Hubert Santos, mentions in the article that the arrest was due to a mistake that Emma made at the self-checkout machine of the Wal-Mart, where she bought an estimated $30 worth of merchandise, but forgot to pay for a case to an electronic device.
WWE issued a statement earlier today about Emma’s arrest that read the following:
“WWE is aware that Tenille Dashwood (WWE Diva Emma) was arrested for shoplifting. Ms. Dashwood is ultimately responsible for her personal actions.”
