Hulk Hogan’s current deal with WWE was described as being a “substantial guarantee” with a high dollar figure per dates according to a report by Dave Meltzer. Hogan is able to make his own bookings outside of WWE. The only exception about his outside bookings is that WWE gets first call on him when they need him.
