ESPN Dallas is reporting that the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys will sign Michael Sam to their practice squad today. WWE had extended an invite for Sam, the first openly gay player in the NFL, to make an appearance on RAW this Monday in Baltimore. This no longer appears likely to happen with his signing on Wednesday. WWE has also removed any and all mention of their invitation to Sam on WWE.com as of this writing.
