The widow of former WWE star Nelson Frazier Jr. (Big Daddy V, Mabel, Viscera), Cassandra Frazier, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the WWE on Wednesday (2/18) according to a report by Mike Johnson. The lawsuit was filed at the Shelby County District Court in Memphis, Tennessee. In the lawsuit, Frazier claims that her late husband’s death, which took place one year ago due to a heart attack, was due to the cumulative effect of the punishment he took while wrestling for WWE, notably concussions and brain trauma. The lawsuit is in its initial phase and has not been served as of this writing to the WWE.
