Show opens with a 10-bell salute with the entire NXT roster on the entrance ramp, along with WWE COO Triple H, to the late WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes.
We see the usual intro, then commentary welcomes us to the show.
Greg Hamilton is in the ring to interview the injured Hideo Itami, who makes his way to the ring. Itami says that he has a torn rotator cuff, got surgery and will be out for several months. Itami says when he comes back, he will come after the man who attacked him.
Kevin Owens comes out onto the rampway and says he had nothing to do with Itami’s injury, then wants Itami to apologize for calling him a bad person. Itami refuses and repeats what he has said about Owens. Owens starts to make his way to the ring to go after Itami, when Finn Balor runs out and goes after Owens. Balor knocks down Owens and goes to leap off the ramp onto him, when Rhyno nails him out of nowhere, knocking Balor off the ramp.
Balor vs. Rhyno is announced for tonight’s main event.
The Jersey Boys w/Carmella def. Jason Jordan & Sylvester LeFort by pinfall when Enzo Amore pinned Jordan with a Roll-Up. Afterwards, Jordan blamed LeFort for the loss.
We see a promo from Samoa Joe after NXT last week and his match with Kevin Owens, saying he didn’t get the fight he wanted with Owens last week.
Dana Brooke w/Emma def. Cassie by pinfall with the Death Valley Bomb.

We see part 2 of the video feature on Finn Balor, looking at his time in New Japan from 2006-2014 and his eventual signing to the WWE for NXT. Interviewed for the feature is Tensai, who wrestled in New Japan during Balor’s time there as Giant Bernard.
We see tweets by NXT stars from the last week, finding Bull Dempsey in different places, either sleeping or eating with his gut hanging out.
The Hype Bros. (Mojo Rawley & Zack Ryder) def. Angelo Dawkins & Sawyer Fulton by pinfall when they pinned Dawkins with the Assisted Rough Ryder.
Backstage, Eva Marie walks up to NXT GM William Regal and asks to be part of the NXT Women’s Division. Regal says Eva has to show him something first before she can take part in it and Eva is OK with it.
Another vignette plays on Finn Balor’s Demon side that will appear in Tokyo on July 4 for the WWE Network live special there.
Main Event in a Return Match: Finn Balor def. Rhyno by pinfall with the Coup de Grace. Kevin Owens joined commentary for this match.
Afterwards, Owens & Rhyno attack Balor and begin to beat him down until Samoa Joe runs out to make the save, clearing Rhyno & Owens from the ring as the show closes.
