WWE NXT GM William Regal posted the following on Twitter, commenting on New Japan star Jushin Liger appearing at the 8/22 NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn live special on the WWE Network and also implying to refute rumors about why Liger is coming in with NXT running head-to-head with ROH that night in Brooklyn and ROH’s current working agreement with New Japan:
