Brian Fritz of SportingNews.com has a new interview up with recent Tough Enough eliminated finalist, Patrick Clark. Here are some excerpts from the interview:
On if he knew he would be eliminated this week:
“You know, oddly enough I felt it. I really felt in my gut that I was going to go home. I don’t know why but the entire day I just had that feeling. ZZ has a connection with the WWE Universe and the reality TV universe that is just undeniable and they want to see him succeed. ZZ’s biggest problem is that he doesn’t realize how much people are behind him. He doesn’t realize how easy he has it and he thinks that connection is going to carry him all the way. Coming from a guy that used to be a part of that WWE Universe and still is in a sense, they’ll turn on you in a heartbeat. If you show that you’re really not working for us, they’ll turn on you and I believe that’s what is about to happen.”
On his future after being eliminated:
“I’ve already set sights. I head back tonight on a plane to Baltimore. Tomorrow I’ll be back at the MCW Training Academy training with my coaches and this weekend, as early as Saturday I plan on taking bookings and starting wrestling again.”
