John Cena vs. AJ Styles announced for MITB PPV

WWE has John Cena vs. AJ Styles for the upcoming Money in the Bank PPV on June 19.

Karl Anderson on his transition to WWE is featuring an interview with Karl Anderson where he talks about working in Japan with Finn Balor forming The Bullet Club and his transition to WWE this year.

“It’s been unreal. This is where we wanted to be. To be able to come in and make an impact like we have in the WWE with two of my best friends (Luke Gallows and A.J. Styles) and working together like this has been cool. To do things with John Cena and when we worked with Romans Reigns has been surreal. It’s something we knew we could do and it’s been amazing.”

Dolph Ziggler on the brand split

The Sporting News is featuring an interview with WWE star Dolph Ziggler talking about the upcoming RAW and Smackdown brand split.

“There is an entire roster of NXT superstars who are drooling to get their hands on WWE superstars. There’s a fan base behind them. Once you do the extension and set up the two different brands, it is now two “A” shows theoretically going head-to-head live one day after each other competing to be the best. That is a very cool part. That’s the difference. It wasn’t like that before. It used to be maybe half as much talent as there is now. There is three full rosters that are going to have to be broken up into two solid rosters and it’s going to be great for the fans no matter whose side you’re on.”

  1. Oh,great. John “The Golden Shovel” Cena is going to bury another one. I hope I’m wrong.

  2. Hated the brand split when they did it before, no interest in them making the same bad decision again.

  3. The End is regarding Finn’s career in NXT and jump to the main roster to join Bullet Club.

  4. Well they did have Rock put over Hurricane Helms before but yeah that was a different time. I fear you’re right. 🙁
Shoulda stayed in New Japan, AJ.

  5. I love the idea of a brand split. Right now there are so many talent that go unused and “buried” simply because there isn’t time for them. The brand split will give an opportunity to break up the roster and allow everyone a chance to shine.

  6. Just like Armageddon being the end of the world, the title is absolutely entirely literal.
