10/17 WWE RAW sees overall increase in viewers featuring Goldberg return, show gets above three million viewers

Last night’s 10/17 WWE RAW drew an average audience of 3.13 million viewers on Monday night according to a report by Showbuzzdaily.com.

This is up from last week’s show that drew 2.80 million viewers. Monday Night Football on ESPN won the night with 8.39 million viewers. The MLB ACS (Indians/Blue Jays) game on TBS also drew a strong audience with 4.28 million viewers.

RAW came in at No. 2, No. 3 and No. 5 for the night on cable in the 18-49 demographic. It marked one of the first weeks that every hour averaged above three million viewers.

Hourly breakdowns were as follows.

Hour 1: 3.167 (up from 2.790 million viewers last week)

Hour 2: 3.106 (up from 2.876 million viewers)

Hour 3: 3.118 (up from 2.610 million viewers)

RAW, headlined by the return of Bill Goldberg, averaged a 1.19 rating on Monday night among adults 18-49. This is up from last week’s 0.94 rating.
