WrestleMania 25 event record setting

According to information released by WWE this week, the confirmed paid attendance for WrestleMania 25 this year was 70,400 which would put it as the third largest in the history of pro wrestling reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The show would only trail the record setting 1992 SummerSlam event at Wembley Stadium that drew 78,927 paid and WrestleMania 3 in 1987 at the Pontiac Silverdome that drew 75,700 paid.
