WWE has changed the name of its September PPV from “Unforgiven” to “Breaking Point” for this year’s event on Sunday, September 13 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Chris Kelly passed on a link to WWE’s schedule of Canada that confirms the name change at this link.
Although not confirmed, the show is expected to have an “submission” theme for the main events as WWE issued a survey not long ago giving fans a number of options for a new PPV name including Breaking Point. WWE had been using the Unforgiven PPV name since 1998.
