Mark Henry on the possibility of Hulk Hogan return

TMZ Sports is featuring an interview with Mark Henry where he talks about the possibility of Hulk Hogan returning to WWE and what he feels Hogan needs to do for that to happen.

Henry thinks Hogan should apologize to all of the existing African American talent currently on the WWE main roster adding, “We’re a forgiving world.”

As noted back in January, WWE issued a statement to the Associated Press noting that the company “remains committed to its decision” to part ways with Hogan.

Bloomberg on WWE setting revenue records

Bloomberg is featuring an article on WWE setting revenue records following 2017 fourth quarter earnings going public last week by the company.

The article notes that after WWE generated $50.6 million of net income on $801 million of revenue – described as the company’s “largest haul ever” – how they could be a potential acquisition target for big media and tech companies wanting live programming.

“Brandon Ross, an analyst at BTIG LLC, has suggested that Walt Disney, 21st Century Fox, Comcast, AT&T, and Verizon are among the most likely suitors.”

Stephanie McMahon, who’s quoted in the article, noted the possibility of a sale.

“We’ve certainly thought about it. It would be foolish not to.”
