Zeb Colter w/ Jack Swagger v. Big E. Langston w/ Dolph Ziggler & AJ Lee v. Ricardo Rodriguez w/ Alberto Del Rio

The winner of this match will choose the stipulation for the World Heavyweight Championship match at Extreme Rules.

Zeb walks onto the apron to avoid facing Langston. Ricardo shyly approaches and is leveled with a shoulder block. Langston clubs Ricardo across the chest and then pulls him towards the middle of the ring. Ricardo attempts a couple of punches, but Langston grabs him and hits a backbreaker combination. Zeb cheers on from the apron as Ricardo falls to the ground. Langston sets up Ricardo in the corner and looks at Zeb. Langston charges at Ricardo and Zeb hits a cheap shot. Langston hits the steel post shoulder first.

Zeb finally gets into the ring and starts to toss some blows at Langston. Ricardo and Zeb square off. Langston is not down for long and tackles Ricardo. Zeb decides to help Langston and pushes him aside to punch Ricardo. Langston is not pleased and walks toward Zeb. Colter falls to the ground and screams that his knee is hurt. Ricardo sneaks up behind Langston and hits him with a steel bucket. Langston is unfazed despite several hits.

Alberto runs into the ring and attacks Langston. Triple Threat Rules mean that there is no DQ. Ziggler and Swagger enter the ring and attack each other until they fall to the outside as Langston clotheslines Swagger out of the ring. Ricardo is down on the mat so Zeb goes for the pin. AJ leaps into the ring and stops the referee. As AJ is sent out of the ring Ricardo rolls up Zeb. This match is over.

Winner: Ricardo Rodriguez

Michael updates the audience on the fact that John Cena was apparently injured during a confrontation with Ryback on the WWE’s recent tour. The injury is to Cena’s Achilles tendon.

Video Package: John Cena granting a wish to a child on the Today Show.

Cena’s music hits and he comes out onto the entrance ramp with three children. It is World Wish Day and they wished to be a part of Monday Night RAW. Cena encourages the fans to go to wish.org/WWE. Cena says that to celebrate World Wish Day they are making these three kids honorary WWE Superstars. Cena goes from child to child as they announce what their WWE Superstar names would be. Cena says that the kids were granted one wish, and their wish was to come enjoy RAW with all of the fans. Cena pumps the crowd up. From the expression on their faces it is obvious that this is an experience that they will never forget. Cena thanks the audience for helping make this moment special.

Randy Orton v. Cody Rhodes

Orton connects with a shoulder block and Cody falls to the mat. They square off again as the crowd gets into the match. Rhodes pushes Orton towards the corner and kicks him in the gut. Orton responds with one of his own and tosses Rhodes over the top rope. Rhodes skins the cat and attempts to gloat, but Orton connects with a dropkick. Cover, but Cody kicks out. Orton pushes Rhodes into the corner and mounts him for a ten count punch. European Uppercut from Orton leaves Rhodes sprawled on the mat. Orton stomps on Cody’s leg and knee several times. The back and forth continues. Rhodes locks on a side headlock followed by a dropkick. Cover, but Orton kicks out.

Orton starts to regain momentum so Cody rolls out of the ring. Orton follows after and tosses Rhodes into the barricade. Orton hits Cody’s head into the apron and then pushes him up into the ring. Rhodes first blocks a suspended DDT and then backs out of an RKO.

Back from the break Cody attempts a few pins. Orton kicks out of them all. As the match rolls on Rhodes is pushed back into the corner. He blocks a splash and then leaps from the second rope to hit Orton with an elbow to the back of the neck. Cover, but Orton kicks out. Randy follows Rhodes up the turnbuckle and delivers a huge Superplex. Orton falls to the mat and goes for the cover. Rhodes kicks out.

Orton does not lose his energy as he connects with a snap suplex. Orton lands an exploder suplex and starts to stalk his prey. Cody is on the apron and is set up for the suspended DDT. Orton connects and fires the crowd up for an RKO. Rhodes gets to his feet and connects with Cross Rhodes. Cover, but Orton kicks out. Rhodes starts to argue with the referee and is furious that the cover only warranted a two count. Rhodes leaps from the second rope for a disaster kick, but Orton catches him with an RKO. This match is over.

Winner: Randy Orton

Matt Striker gets into the ring to interview Orton. He asks if he is still haunted by the Wrestlemania moment when Big Show knocked him out after their loss to the Shield. Orton says that it actually fuels him and he has never felt so extreme. Poor Cody Rhodes staggers to his feet and is caught with another RKO.

In the back The Bella Twins are warming up for their match tonight. They plug their new reality show on E! which will begin airing in July.

Nikki Bella w/ Brie v. Naomi w/ Cameron

A short match ends with the use of Twin magic and a roll up from the non-legal Bella Twin.

The referee is badgered by an annoyed Cameron. Justin Roberts announces that as a result of a disqualification Naomi wins the match.

Winner via DQ: Naomi

The Bellas are furious and charge back into the ring to attack their foes. The Bellas smugly walk up the ramp as they admire the damage that they inflicted on the Funkadactyls.

The Shield’s music hits and they make their way down to the ring through the crowd. Ambrose is first to speak and says that when they arrived in the WWE they said that they would bring justice to an unjust works. Rollins adds in that brick by brick they have torn down the wall of injustice that festered in the company for years. No one has been able to stop them since their debut. A Highlight includes their demolition of Ryback which kept him from winning the WWE Championship at Survivor Series. Reigns says that no one can stop them. They continue goes through a list of people that they have attacked and show pictures on the Titantron. Ambrose says that last week they served justice to The Undertaker. The Shield bows to no one. Reigns tells Taker to rest in peace.

Ambrose says that justice doesn’t care if you’re undefeated at Wrestlemania or if you are the Champion. Justice strikes without mercy. Rollins adds that they have not forgotten about Ryback and Cena.

3MB’s music hits and they walk down the ramp. Slater says that they have some unfinished business to settle. Drew McIntyre is upset that The Shield kept them from finishing off HHH. Jinder Mahal tosses in that they are going to “rock their face”.

3MB slides into the ring and are quickly sent down to the mat. The quick beat down is halted when fire erupts throughout the arena. Bryan and Kane walk down to the ring and look to avenge Taker. The Shield heads out into the crowd to escape the fight.

Bryan and Kane are still looking for a fight so they make quick work of the already flattened 3MB. Bryan leads the crowd in a yes chant as Kane causes fire to leap from the corners of the ring.

John Cena is in the locker room having his ankle taped as Ryback walks into the shot. Ryback says that Cena is hurt. Cena replies that he is hurt not injured, so he can go. Ryback is not satisfied as he walks away. Ryback and Cena will tag together later tonight.

Dolph Ziggler w/ Big E. Langston & AJ Lee v. Kofi Kingston

They lock up and trade holds. Kofi springboards for a splash and covers his foe. Ziggler kicks out. Ziggler applies a side headlock to a grounded Kofi. Kofi leapfrogs as Ziggler runs the ropes and then hits a dropkick. Ziggler counters SOS. Kofi heads to the apron, but Ziggler kicks him to the outside of the ring.

Back from the break Kofi is fighting his way to his feet. Kofi is whipped into the corner and hit with an arm lariat. Ziggler taunts Kofi before hitting a neckbreaker. Ziggler charges at Kofi but crashes into the turnbuckle. Ziggler is not fazed at first as he continues the attack. Kofi starts to fight back with some kicks and punches before weakly chopping Ziggler down to the mat. Kofi leaps for a clothesline and is all sorts of fired up. He hits the Boom Drop to set up for the Trouble in Paradise. Ziggler dodges the Finisher and hits a massive DDT. Cover, but Kofi kicks out.

Kofi and Ziggler lock up in the middle of the ring. Kofi springs for the SOS. Cover, but Ziggler kicks out. Ziggler gets to his feet and looks for the Fame-Asser. Kofi dodges and hits the Trouble in Paradise. Cover, but AJ puts Ziggler’s leg up on the bottom rope. Langston pulls Ziggler out of the ring and tries to strengthen his leader. Kofi leaps from the apron and hits a crossbody. Kofi rolls Ziggler back into the ring and hits a massive crossbody from the top turnbuckle. AJ distracts the referee which allows Langston to attempt a cheap shot. It is not enough as Kofi rolls through on a cover. Ziggler kicks out. Kofi goes back to the top rope and leaps for some sort of knee drop, but misses. Ziggler hits the Zig Zag to end this bout.

Winner: Dolph Ziggler

After the match, Langston gets into the ring to show off for the crowd. Langston hits the big Ending on Kofi as Ziggler and co. celebrate the victory.

Kaitlyn is in the back with Natalya as a celebratory AJ Lee and friends approach. Kaitlyn says she held back when they fought before but she won’t the next time. A messenger approaches with a gift. It’s not for AJ so she walks away. Kaitlyn opens the package and it is a studded black hat. Natalya wants to know who it is from, but it appears to be from a secret admirer of Kaitlyn’s.

Ryback is in Vickie’s office as Vickie and Brad Maddox are talking. Ryback looks off into the distance as he says that he will not be left alone by Cena to face The Shield again. Vickie agrees and says that the match with The Shield tonight will no longer be a handicap match. Instead, it will be Ryback & Team Hell No v. The Shield. Ryback is not impressed and says no, tonight it will be Ryback Rules. Brad and Vickie are lost as to what Ryback meant by, “no”.

Jack Swagger makes his way down to the ring with Zeb Colter. Zack Ryder’s music appears and he walks out onto the entrance ramp with a microphone. Ryder says that for those that missed Zeb Colter in action earlier tonight, he will show a clip. The video shows Ricardo rolling up Colter. Ryder emphasizes that Colter was beaten by Ricardo Rodriguez.

Jack Swagger w/ Zeb Colter v. Zack Ryder

Swagger is fired up and tosses Ryder down to the mat. Swagger applies an arm stretch. Ryder attempts to get to his feet but is tossed into the ropes. Ryder manages a decent dropkick, but is quickly slammed down to the mat. Swagger attacks the leg of Ryder to prepare for the Patriot Lock. Ryder is backed into the corner and then tossed down to the mat. Swagger Bomb connects twice for what Cole refers to as a “Broskie Pancake”. Swagger looks for a third, but Ryder gets his feet up for the block. Ryder is on the apron and lands a kick to the face. Zack gets back into the ring and tosses Swagger all the way to the outside. Ryder hits a baseball slide that sends Swagger into the barricade. Ryder leaps to the top rope but misses Swagger. Jack responds with a Gutwrench Powerbomb. Swagger immediately follows with a Patriot Lock. Ryder taps.

Winner: Jack Swagger

After the match Ryder’s neck is placed against the second rope. Zeb lands a punch as Swagger holds him down. Swagger places his hand over his heart.

In the back, Mark Henry is shown carrying a thick rope.

A clip is shown of Ryback apparently leaving the arena during the last commercial break.

Mark Henry is in the ring with his rope. Henry introduces himself to the crowd. Mark says that he doesn’t need the crowd’s approval, but he did come out here to prove that he is the strongest man in the world. Henry asked Vickie for two opponents, and calls them out.

The Tons of Funk music plays and Tensai walks down to the ring. There is a red line in the middle of the ring and it appears that a tug of war is about to occur. Henry makes short work of Sweet T. The Tons of Funk music hits again, and this time it is Brodus Clay to engage in the rope game. Clay is fired up as the referee starts the contest. Clay struggles, but is unable to survive.

Sheamus’ music hits and he decides to try his hand. Sheamus has a microphone and says that while Henry only wanted two competitors, maybe he should try one more. Henry is not thrilled by the contest but Sheamus goads him on. Henry calls him down to the ring. Sheamus sets up with Henry. The contest looks legitimate at first, until Sheamus drops the rope and levels Henry with a Brogue Kick.

Kane & Bryan walk into the GM’s office to find out what is happening since Ryback left the building. Brad says that Ryback has left. Kane says they don’t need Ryback. Kane wants to avenge Taker. Bryan says that they want this match no matter what. Vickie whispers in Brad’s ear and tells him that there is one more thing that she needs him to do.

Brad Maddox walks into Cena’s locker room. Cena refers to Maddox as Braden Walker, before Brad corrects him. I actually laughed out loud at that one. Cena tells him to tell Vickie that he will be Team Hell No’s partner for the main event. Brad contends that Cena is hurt. Cena tells him that Maddox is going to end up hurt if he doesn’t go to tell Vickie that he will be competing tonight.

Ricardo is on the ramp to introduce Alberto Del Rio.

Alberto Del Rio v. Antonio Cesaro

They lock up as Cesaro is pushed back towards the corner. The referee separates them so they lock up in the middle. Rio drops Cesaro and attempts a cover. Cesaro kicks out and kicks Rio a few times. Rio kicks Cesaro hard in the arm to weaken him for the Cross Arm breaker. Rio applies an arm bar. Cesaro bites his way free and applies an arm stretch of his own. Rio escapes and connects with a backstabber. Rio sets up for the CAB, but Cesaro rolls out of the ring.

Back from the break Cesaro goes for a cover. Rio kicks out. Cesaro mounts his opponent and delivers several punches before another cover. Rio kicks out. Ricardo tries to get the audience behind his boss. Rio is whipped into the ropes but then kicks Cesaro in the gut. Antonio is hit with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker.

Cesaro counters a kick into a roll up. Rio hits a bridging German Suplex, but Cesaro kicks out. Cesaro sets up Rio in the corner and charges across the ring with all of his might. Rio kicks Cesaro square in the jaw and goes for the cover. Cesaro kicks out. Rio looks for the submission. Cesaro counters into a roll up, but Rio quickly reverse back to the Cross Arm Breaker. This match is over.

Winner: Alberto Del Rio

After the match Alberto Del Rio announces that the WHC match at Extreme Rules will be a ladder match. An interesting stipulation as all participants have won Championships as a result of winning Money in the Bank.

Fandango makes his entrance with his partner Summer Rae. Great Khali is in the ring with Natalya. Apparently this is going to be a Ballroom Dancing contest. Lawler is in the ring and asks Khali a couple of questions. Khali says that he is better than Chris Jericho was on Dancing with the Stars.

Khali and Natalya begin to dance and – well this segment is pretty much what you would expect it to e. Close your eyes and imagine Khali dancing with Natalya, it’s as awkward as you’d expect.

Lawler asks Fandango how Jericho did on Dancing with the Stars. Fandango describes it as awkward. Fandango and Rae begin to dance and get a bit of applause. Lawler polls the audience to determine the winner. Lawler declares Khali the winner, but Summer Rae’s legs are the true winners of this segment. Fandango knocks Khali down to the mat and then climbs to the top rope. Fandango leaps halfway across the ring to hit his leg drop. Summer does a split and hands Fandango a microphone. He lets the audience know how to pronounce his name for good measure.

John Cena & Team Hell No v. The Shield

Before the match starts all six men begin to brawl. Ultimately it ends up as Kane and Ambrose starting the match as the bell rings Kane backs Dean into the corner and stomps on him repeatedly. Kane delivers a suspended vertical suplex. Kane kicks Ambrose, but Reigns gets the tag. Kane connects with a punch and an elbow. Roman is flattened and Kane attempts a pin. Reigns kicks out and Rollins gets the tag. Seth punches him repeatedly until Kane springs out of the corner with a big boot. Rollins is tossed into the corner. Kane tags in Cena. While Cena does connect with a few kicks he is forced to tag in Bryan as his injured ankle gives out. Bryan knees Ambrose in the back and then hits him with a few elbows to the collarbone. Kane gets the tag and punches Ambrose right in the face. Cover, but Ambrose kicks out.

Kane tosses Ambrose into the corner and tags in Bryan. Daniel hits a running boot and then kicks Ambrose in the gut repeatedly as the crowd cheers him on. Bryan cinches on a surfboard stretch and tags in his partner. Kane goes for the cover, but Ambrose kicks out. Kane climbs to the top turnbuckle and leaps for a rolling lariat. Ambrose rolls out of the way and tags in Rollins. Together they suplex the Big Red Machine. Rollins kicks Kane in the back as the show goes to its last commercial break.

Back from the break Bryan is in the ring with Ambrose. Dean goes for a cover but the bearded Superstar kicks out. Rollins gets the tag and runs the ropes to deliver a boot. Cover, but Bryan kicks out. Rollins taunts Cena as he locks a submission on Bryan. Bryan fights to his feet and knocks the other Shield members off the apron. Rollins stops the flow with a boot to the back of Bryan’s skull. Cover, but Bryan kicks out.

Roman gets the tag and continues the Bryan beat down. Reigns applies a modified rear headlock as the injured Cena wants the tag. Bryan escapes with the use of a few elbows but is met with a Samoan drop. Cover, but Bryan kicks out. Reigns charges at Bryan, but Bryan pulls down the top rope and Reigns flies out of the ring. Bryan crawls toward the corner and tags in Kane. Cena is upset that he did not receive the tag. Kane is a locomotive as he starts his signature combo and plants Ambrose with a sidewalk slam. Kane connects with a rolling arm lariat and then throws Ambrose out of the ring.

Kane is still upset about the attack on Undertaker and follows Ambrose out of the ring. Kane pulls the cover off the announce table, but Rollins runs up from behind. Kane punches him away but is hit with a DDT from Ambrose. Cena is visibly upset on the apron as he feels Kane’s actions do not make sense. Kane barely makes it back into the ring before the ten count.

Ambrose immediately goes on the attack and knees Kane repeatedly in the head. Ambrose slaps him in the face a few times and starts to trash talk Kane. Kane gets to his feet and hits a massive chokeslam in the middle of the ring. Bryan is still down so Kane tags in Cena. Reigns also gets the tag.

Cena hits a few shoulder blocks and then sets up for the 5 Knuckle Shuffle. The move connects. Rollins leaps from the top rope for a crossbody. Cena rolls through and tries to lift Rollins up on his shoulders. Cena’s ankle can’t support the weight and Rollins falls free. Reigns hits a spear on Cena to end the match.

Winners: The Shield

After the match Ryback appears on the entrance ramp. Cena is on the mat clutching his ankle. The commentators emphasize that Cena is badly hurt. The show ends as Ryback looks on from the entrance ramp at the fallen Cena.
