Who are they?
Violent Jay and Shaggy 2-Dope are a rap group who became famous after their album "The Great Milenko" was banned in the US. They also made a video called "Strangle-mania" which was FMW matches with their own commentary dubbed over it. Soon after they started making appearances in ECW and after a while WWF hired them to write The Oddities theme song. They started appearing with the Oddities on WWF television but left in 1998. They signed with WCW in 1999 and disappeared a few times and always coming back. They finally left WCW at the end of 1999 and started their own wrestling group called Juggalo Championshit Wrestling.

Why did they leave the WWF in 1998?
After managing the Oddities for around 3 months the ICP got bored and were upset that the WWF wasn't promoting their new album as promised.
