NJPW has confirmed reports that Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows (Good Brothers) will be the tag team partners of the Young Bucks at this Friday’s Resurgence. Anderson also took social media confirming the reports as well.
The former Raw Tag Team Champions and the Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) will take on the the War Dogs (Gabe Kidd, David Finlay, Clark Connors and Gedo).
Anderson and Gallows were released from WWE back on February 8. On Wednesday, the two announced during their “Boozing with the boys” podcast, they signed with NJPW.
Anderson recently noted the Talk’n Shop podcast, he has recovered from surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff and torn labrum. He also said he is over 500-days sober.
NJPW Resurgence will take place live from the Toyota Center in Ontario, CA and will also feature Konosuke Takeshita defending the NEVER Openweight Championship against El Phantasmo and Mercedes Mone’ defending the Strong Women’s Championship in a three-way match against AZM and Mina Shirakawa.
