According to sources from Fightful Select, there was internal belief back in April, former AEW World Tag Team Champion Big Bill’s contract with the company was set to expire around the end of May or beginning next month.
At the time of Fightful’s report, there was no confirmation if he signed a new contract with the company. Bill had been teaming up regularly with Bryan Keith before disappearing from AEW’s programming. The two were part of Chris Jericho’s Learning Tree faction up until it was disbanded on the April 9, 2025 episode of Dynamite.
Bill, who made his AEW debut in 2022 as W. Morrisey is married to AEW/ROH backstage interviewer Lexy Nair.
