According to Fightful Select, WWE’s Kevin Owens underwent successful neck surgery on Friday, July 18.
Owens revealed during the April 4 episode of WWE SmackDown that he needed to take time away for neck surgery and that he would miss WrestleMania. He then shared at a later date, the doctors wanted him to prolong the surgery, to allow enough time for his neck to heal as much as possible.
