UPDATED – AEW star suffers apparent injury during Collision tapings on Wednesday night

Updated @ 12:30 PM ET

According to PWInsider, during a sequence with Mike Bailey, he (Bailey) hit attempted to land his Ultima Weapon (standing moonsault into a double knee strike) on Alexander, who pulled his knees up. PWInsider further notes this is where it appeared that Alexander hurt his knee.  Alexander then went to the floor and did not return to for the remainder of the bout.

There is still no word on how badly Alexander may have been hurt. However, he was checked out backstage.

We will continue to provide further updates as they become available.
