After WWE pulled NXT talent from the Southside Wrestling’s goodbye show, selected AEW stars have been confirmed for Southside’s goodbye show.
Southside Wrestling announced Friday that AEW stars Cody and Brandi Rhodes, Shawn Spears and MJF will appear at the company’s 9th Anniversary show taking place at the Gordon Craig Theatre in Stevenage, England on Saturday October 26.
This is Southside Wrestling’s final event before Revolution Pro takes over its operations.
Southside Wrestling issued a statement on Twitter Wednesday revealing that all announced and unannounced WWE Superstars had been pulled from the event.
F4WOnline is reporting that WWE pulled NXT talent from the Southside goodbye show because Andy Quildan, owner of Revolution Pro has a relationship with New Japan Pro Wrestling.
