AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT ratings for July 29, 2020 are now in.

AEW Dynamite, going head-to-head against WWE NXT, drew an average of 773,000 viewers on Wednesday night according to a report by Showbuzzdaily.com.

This is down from last week’s show that drew an average of 845,000 viewers on TNT. Dynamite came in at No. 6 for the night on cable in the 18-49 demographics, down from No. 5 where they placed last week.

This week’s episode of NXT drew an average of 707,000 viewers on Wednesday night.

This is up from last week’s show that averaged 615,000 viewers. NXT came in at No. 28 for the night on cable in the 18-49 demographics, up from No. 35 where they placed last week.

In overall viewership, AEW Dynamite defeated WWE NXT in the thirty-first head-to-head battle of 2020 in the “Wednesday Night War” by 66,000 viewers.

Demographic Ratings for AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT

WWE NXT, headlined by a triple threat match, averaged a 0.18 rating among adults 18-49. This is up from the 0.17 rating they had last week.

AEW Dynamite, headlined by Moxley and Allin vs. Cage and Starks, averaged a 0.30 rating among adults 18-49. This is down from the 0.32 rating they had last week.
