Matt Hardy thanks the fans for their support; Young Bucks poke fun at FTR’s WWE wardrobe

After taking a rough fall on the concrete in a high spot gone wrong at AEW All Out, Matt Hardy posted a video (above) to thank all his fans for their concern over his health.

Hardy was involved in a Broken Rules Match against Sammy Guevara at the event on September 5. Early in the match, the two were brawling on a scissor lift before Guevara speared Hardy off through some tables below. Hardy overshot the tables and landed hard on his upper back and head on the concrete.

Controversy ensued as the match continued despite Hardy not being able to regain his balance for sometime. After spending the night in the hospital, AEW President Tony Khan announced that Hardy did not have a concussion.

The Young Bucks poke fun at FTR’s near WWE wardrobe

In a humorous Twitter exchange today, The Young Bucks poked fun at the comedy wardrobe WWE pitched for FTR while they were in WWE as The Revival.

Matt Jackson tweeted a screenshot of a Tweet he sent out long ago, stating that The Young Bucks would one day face The Revival and everyone will rejoice. Dax Hardwood pointed out they had to spend thousands to get out of their WWE contracts to come to AEW since The Young Bucks were too scared to come to them.

The Young Bucks then responded by wearing a mockup of the pitched comedy costumes for The Revival, stating they would have had to wrestle FTR in that gear if they went to WWE.

You can view the full exchange below, including the original plans for FTR’s WWE gear.
