AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT ratings for January 27, 2021 are now in. 

AEW Dynamite, going head-to-head against WWE NXT, drew an average of 734,00 viewers on Wednesday night according to a report by showbuzzdaily.com.

This is down from last week’s show that drew 854,000 viewers on TNT. Dynamite came in at No. 6 for the night on cable in the 18-49 demographics, which is up from No. 31 where they placed last week.

This week’s episode of NXT drew an average of 720,000 viewers on Wednesday night.

This is down from last week’s show that averaged 659,000 viewers. NXT came in at No. 24 for the night on cable in the 18-49 demographics, up from No. 67 where they placed last week.

In overall viewership, AEW Dynamite defeated WWE NXT in the “Wednesday Night War” by 14,000 viewers.

Demographic Ratings for AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT

WWE NXT, which featured Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Quarterfinals, averaged a 0.21 rating among adults 18-49. This is up from the 0.15 rating they had last week. 

AEW Dynamite, which featured The Young Bucks and IMPACT Tag Team Champions The Good Brothers teaming up, averaged a 0.29 rating among adults 18-49. This is down from the 0.36 rating last week.
