AEW Dynamite and NXT Ratings: Viewers down for both shows, AEW beats NXT

AEW and NXT Ratings: March 31

AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT ratings for March 31, 2021 are now in. 

AEW Dynamite, going head-to-head against WWE NXT, drew an average of 700,000 viewers on Wednesday night according to a report by showbuzzdaily.com.

This is down last week’s show that drew 757,000 viewers on TNT. Dynamite came in at No. 7 for the night on cable in the 18-49 demographics, which is down from the No. 6 spot they placed last week.

This week’s episode of NXT drew an average of 654,000 viewers on Wednesday night.

This is up from last week’s show that averaged 678,000 viewers. WWE NXT came in at No. 12 for the night on cable in the 18-49 demographics, which is up from the No. 29 spot they placed at last week.

In overall viewership, AEW Dynamite defeated WWE NXT in the “Wednesday Night War” by 46,000 viewers.

WWE NXT averaged a 0.21 rating among adults 18-49. This is up from the 0.14 rating they had last week. 

AEW Dynamite averaged a 0.26 rating among adults 18-49. This is down from the 0.30 rating last week.
