Current AEW star Joey Janela interrupted a Seminole County school board meeting on Tuesday, and as a result was tossed out of that meeting.
Also in attendance at the same board meeting was recently released WWE referee Drake Wuertz, who has been attending past meetings and protesting against the school board’s mask mandates.
Janela can be heard going on a rant at around the 2:10:25 mark, which appears to be him trolling. Wuertz’s speech can be heard at the 1:44:10 mark. Wuertz insisted that children should not be forced to wear masks and then went on to explain the reasons that he is against vaccinations.
Wuertz, who was known as Drake Younger in Combat Zone Wrestling was released by WWE back on May 19. Following his release, news surfaced of Wuertz getting huge amounts of backstage heat in WWE due to his political beliefs, and being outspoken against vaccinations for COVID-19.
In the video, above, at the 2:10:25 mark, you can hear what appears to be Janela. Wuertz appears at the 1:44:10 mark of the same video.
Janela later took to Twitter to comment on being kicked out of the meeting, which you can check out below:
