Parker Bordeaux, who was formerly known as Harland in WWE NXT, made his debut at Saturday’s AEW Dark tapings at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.
Ariya Daivari, who is now going by the in-ring name Ari, introduced Bordeaux as their latest recruit in the newly formed Trust Busters stable. Bordeaux, using his real name, wrestled in a match against Serpentico and picked up the win.
Bordeaux was one the eight NXT Superstars released by WWE back on April 29, as the company cited budget cuts. He initially signed with WWE back in February of 2021, and made his debut in October of that same year, aligning himself with Joe Gacy as Harland.
Last month Bordeaux made an appearance in Major League Wrestling’s 40-man Battle Riot Match Fusion TV tapings that took place at the Melrose Ballroom in Queens, NY.
Bordeaux, who was a football player for the University of Central Florida, was seen as one of WWE’s top hopeful Superstars when he reported to the Performance Center last year.
We reported earlier that former NXT 2.0 Superstar Troy “Two Dimes” Donovan, under his previous in-ring name of Cole Karter appeared at the same tapings on Saturday.
