After Saturday’s Final Battle pay-per-view went off the air, newly crowned ROH Champion Claudio Castagnoli celebrated with the fans, singing “Deep In The Heart of Texas” with Wheeler Yuta.
He thanked the fans in attendance as they chanted “You Deserve It” Castagnoli also gave newly crowned ROH Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta the new nickname of “Yuta Man.”
Saturday’s ROH Final Battle took place at the College Park Center on The University of Texas at Arlington campus.
AEW World Champion MJF was seen in front row at Saturday night’s UFC PPV in Las Vegas, Nevada, with his scarf and the title belt.
The following matches took place before NXT Deadline went on the air:
-Ivy Nile (with Tatum Paxley) defeated Lash Legend
-Duke Hudson and Andre Chase (with Thea Hail) defeated Javier Bernal and Xyon Quinn
