Darby Allin talks working with Sting in AEW, preparing to climb Mount Everest

In an interview with Forbes, Darby Allin talked about a number of subjects.

On being paired with Sting and being a part of the Icon’s final run in professional wrestling, Darby stated:

“When I first got paired with Sting, I really did not know how it was gonna go. But to be a part of the final chapter of his career is super important because to me, in a story, the most important part of the story is the end…If you tarnish the end, everyone’s always going to remember that.”

The former TNT Champion also talked about his upcoming climb of Mount Everest, and his preparation and training for such an arduous journey despite having “zero mountain experience,” recalling a story from his training that was scary but left him with “the biggest smile” on his face due to years of taking risks.

Darby, Sting, and Adam Copeland face Luchasaurus, Nick Wayne, and TNT Champion Christian Cage in a trios match at AEW Full Gear, taking place on Saturday, November 18 from the KIA Forum in Inglewood, California.
