During the AEW Worlds End Zero Hour, a new vignette aired with Serena Deeb, showing her training and preparing a return to in-ring action.
Deeb had revealed back in November she had suffered multiple seizures, which began at the end of October of 2022 and was not cleared by doctors to compete.
She last wrestled on the October 24, 2022 episode of the now defunct AEW Dark: Elevation, defeating Haley J.
