In a post on social media, Powerhouse Hobbs expressed his frustration with an injury sustained on the 4/24 edition of AEW Dynamite.
Noting that “the real test is the comeback,” Hobbs talked about the questions running through his mind about the recovery before ultimately stating his intention to come back better than before:
“Just rest assured when I come back that I’m bringing Hell with me.”
The injury came during the closing moments of the IWGP World Championship match between Hobbs and Jon Moxley, when Hobbs injured his leg in the corner on a charge toward the champion.
The timetable on his return is unknown as of this writing.
