Below are the quick results and some highlights from Friday’s AEW Rampage that aired at a special earlier time on TNT, due to the NBA Playoffs.
Toni Storm and Ruby Soho defeated Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. and Jamie Hayter
At the commentary table, Excalibur said they have a phone call from Eddie Kingston. Kingston directed his call told Jericho and said that his wife cried when she saw him come home after the fireball attack on him. Kingston told Jericho that all he cares about is making him feel the same fear and hurt. Kingston then hung up the phone.
There is a backstage segment Tony Nese and Mark Sterling. Nese said that he wants to know why he has to force his way onto Rampage. Sterling then said says they want a match next against Danhausen in Nese’s hometown of Long Island, New York.
Hook defeated JD Drake
Hook won with the Red Rum for the submission on JD Drake.
Danhausen entered the ring a microphone. He acknowledged the challenge from Tony Nese and then had a proposal for Hook. He requested Hook to be in his corner for the match. He asked Hook for an answer, but Hook pushes down Danhausen, who then left a bag of chips in the ring for Hook. Danhausen left the ring. Hook looked at the bag of chips and walked off.
