Dynamite cuts right to the ring for one-on-one action.

“The Best In The World” CM Punk vs. Max Caster w/Anthony Bowens

Max Caster raps about Hunter Biden, Will Smith and Z-Packs as he comes to the ring. Punk works over Caster’s arm early slamming his knee into Caster’s arm repeatedly before going for the Anaconda Vice. Caster quickly sprawls to the ropes to get away from Punk. Punk goes for a Cross Body but Caster catches him and hits a Backbreaker.

Caster goes to work on Punk’s back now and throws him hard into the turnbuckles. He tries to throw him into the turnbuckles again but Punk leaps over the top and then hits a Flying Axe Handle off the top followed by an Atomic Drop and a Snap Suplex Bret Hart style. Punk goes for a Flying Knee but Caster moves and goes for a Fisherman’s Buster. Punk escapes and goes for the GTS only for Caster to escape and hits a series of chops and the Fisherman Buster for two.

Caster goes up top but Punk crotches him and hits a Frankensteiner off the top rope! Punk hits the Flying Knee followed by the Running Bulldog for two. Punk goes for the Flying Forearm but Caster distracted the referee allowing Bowens to hang up in the ropes. Caster then hits a Springboard Guillotine Leg Drop to Punk hanging upside down for two.

Caster goes for the Mic Drop off the top but Punk rolls out of the way and hits a Piledriver before putting Caster in the Anaconda Vice for the submission.

Winner: Punk via submission (Anaconda Vice)

Tony Schiavone interviews Punk after the match and asks Punk about gesturing for the title last week. Punk asks the fans what it means and then he says he doesn’t know who the champion will be in a week’s time, but he knows there before his time in AEW is over there will be a lot more scars on his head, gray in his beard and he will be World Champion.

In the back, MJF and FTR are interviewed by Alex Marvez. FTR are wearing Scott Hall style gear. MJF says that The Pinnacle are going to get back on track tonight starting with the FTR beating The Gunn Club. Dax says he doesn’t know what’s going on with Wardlow but he and MJF are both their friends and they don’t want to get in the middle of it. MJF says they are family and claims Wardlow used to talk shit about them all the time but they aren’t talking about that right now, they’re talking about winning. He gets them to put their hands in and they begrudgingly do.

Jon Moxley vs. Jay Lethal

This is the first time that Moxley and Lethal have ever faced each other. Lethal shows his ROH ties by offering a handshake to Moxley but Mox slaps it away. They chain wrestle early on with Moxley getting the better of the first sequence. Every time Lethal tries to counter out, Mox reverses him. Lethal trips Moxley and goes for the Figure Four but Moxley kicks him away and tosses him to the floor. Moxley chases Lethal but Lethal rolls back into the ring quickly.

Moxley dares Lethal to slap him and the former ROH Champ obliges with a series of elbows. Moxley answers in kind and they exchange some stiff elbows until Moxley lays Lethal out with a series of elbows. Moxley goes for a backdrop but Lethal kicks him and only to eat a German Suplex from Moxley. Moxley hits a Running Lariat in the corner and then reigns down right hands on him. Moxley lifts Lethal up to the top rope and goes for a Superplex but Lethal shoves him crotch-first onto the top rope. Moxley rolls to the floor but Lethal comes flying at him with a Tope Suicida.

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

Moxley and Lethal slam into each other with cross body blocks at the same time. Moxley and Lethal exchange strikes again and Lethal gets the better of this one as he strings together a sequence of strikes. Lethal hits the ropes but eats a nasty Lariat from Moxley. Lethal sold that one like death. Moxley goes for the Gotch Driver but Lethal counters and hits the Lethal Combination for two.

Lethal goes up top and leaps over a charging Moxley but then eats a Roaring Elbow from Moxley. Moxley goes for the Paradigm Shift but his knee gives out and Lethal kicks him in the head. Lethal goes for Lethal Injection Moxley catches him in midair with the Rear Naked Choke. Lethal rolls backwards into a nearfall! Lethal hits a Thrust Kick followed by an Enziguri and a Brainbsuter! Lethal goes to the top and hits a Flying Elbow Drop! 1…2…NO Moxley kicks out at the very last split second. That was a hell of a nearfall.

Lethal argues with the referee and goes for the Figure Four again but Moxley surprises him with a cradle for two. Moxley hits the Paradigm Shift for the pin!

Winner: Moxley via pinfall (Paradigm Shift)

Moxley offers a handshake to Lethal and he accepts.

A vignette highlights Marina Shafir, who has been wrestling on Dark since last year.

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

FTR vs. The Gunn Club w/Billy Gunn

MJF didn’t accompany FTR to the ring but joined commentary anyway. Dax and Colten Gunn start the match off with Colten catching Dax with an armdrag. Austin tags in and actually takes Dax down and taunts him before Cash tags in. Cash takes Austin down and works on his arm. Cash ducks a clothesline and hits a series of armdrags followed by a dropkick.

Dax tags in and FTR connect with a series of double team moves for a nearfall. They start utilizing quick tags as they work Austin over in their corner. Colten trips Cash and Billy lays him out as Austin distracts the referee.

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

Cash hits a Side Suplex on Austin but Colten tags in and stops him from making the hot tag. The Gunn Club stomps Cash down in the corner. Austin hits a Splash and a Dropkick for two. Austin swings at him but misses and Dax tags in. Dax takes out both Ass Boys with rights and lefts. Dax hits a Shortarm Lariat on Austin for two.

Dax goes for a Brainbuster but Colten trips him allowing Austin to get a nearfall as he holds down Dax’s arms. Wardlow is shown arriving backstage and tossing around security like they’re children. He Powerbombs one fo them through a concession stand table. Wardlow continues to beat the shit out of security as he climbs down the steps near ringside. Finally, a bunch of security guards wrangle him all at once.

Dax shoves Austin and Colten into each other and then rolls Austin up for two. Billy tries to interfere but Cash leapfrogs over Ausitn into Billy. FTR hits the Big Rig for the pin.

FTR argues with MJF after the match and a big “FTR” chant breaks out. MJF calms them down and raises their arm.

Keith Lee and Powerhouse Hobbs cut dueling promos in a video package. They’ll meet on Rampage.

Winner: FTR via pinfall (Big Rig)

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

In the back, JAS cut a promo talking about “future endeavoring” Kingston and PNP. Hager says they’re not here and they aren’t coming back and pulls back the curtains nearby where Kingston and PNP are waiting! They attack JAS and beat them around ringside! Kingston brawls with Jericho out into the arena and into the ring. Kingston hits the Backfist from the Future and Santana hits a Pump Kick to Garcia on the floor. Ortiz throws Matt Menard into the ring steps. PNP goes for the Street Sweeper on Jericho but Hager attacks them.

Hager throws Santana of f the top and throws Ortiz into the ring post. He Spinebusts Kingston! JAS has turned the tide and beat down Kingston and PNP. Garcia puts Kingston in a Sharpshooter as Jericho hits him with a bat! Jericho hits PNP with the bat, as well. Hager and Garcia hold Kingston down as Jericho beats him with his belt. Jericho hits the Judas Effect on Kingston and JAS pose over the top of him.

In the back, Mark Sterling says that Leva Bates will get a shot at Jade’s TBS Title on Rampage but Jade gets pissed and says this isn’t a joke. Her opponent will be Marina Shafir instead.

“The American Dragon” Bryan Danielson w/William Regal vs. Wheeler Yuta

Danielson takes Yuta down immediately and goes to work on him. He hits a Hammerlock Suplex and gets a series of nearfalls while holding onto a double wristlock. Yuta bridges out but Danielson jumps on top of him. Yuta Monkey Flips Danielson but he hangs on and puts Yuta in a Fujiwara Armbar. Yuta gets his foot on the bottom rope to break the hold.

Danielson starts slapping and chopping Yuta and then runs him over with a shoulder block. Danielson hits a series of round kicks but as he goes for the Flying Dropkick Yuta kicks him in midair. Yuta puts Danielson in a Bridging Death Lock. Danielson manages to grab the ropes to break the hold. Yuta goes up top and dives off right into a Roundhouse Kick from Dragon.

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

Danielson hits a Dragon Suplex for two. Danielson starts elbowing Yuta in the face repeatedly and then puts him in the Cattle Mutilation but Yuta counters it into a series of elbows of his own! Yuta puts Danielson in the Seatbelt! 1…2..NO Danielson kicks out! Yuta goes for a Fireman’s Carry but Danielson escapes and hits the Flying Knee. Danielson traps Yuta’s arms and stomps his face repeatedly before hitting the Cradle Piledriver. He puts Yuta in the Crossface and he’s out could.

Winner: Danielson via KO (Crossface)

Adam Cole comes out with reDRagon carrying the World Title that has a piece of tape with his name taped over Adam Page’s name and reDRagon has the Tag Titles, too. They’re now known as the Undisputed Elite. They let out a bunch of balloons from a box as they celebrate Cole’s “championship.” Cole says that Hangman and Jurassic Express aren’t here tonight because they’re ashamed and embarrassed because they so easily took their titles. He says they didn’t steal the belts because you can’t steal something that belongs to you. Cole says that AEW needs a new era and the best three damn wrestlers in the planet are in the ring right now ushering in that era.

Kyle O’Reilly says the rankings don’t matter because everyone loves them. Bobby Fish says that Cole’s reputation precedes him and he’ll put reDRagon’s reputation against any team in the business. Cole says this celebration will last all week long but before he can say anything else Hangman’s music hits. Hangman drives a damn Tesla into the arena with a gigantic bull horn on the front of it.

Hangman cleans house and sets up for the Buckshot Lariat but reDRagon pulls Cole to safety. Jurassic Express and Christian attack them from behind. Christian throws Cole back in the ring and Page goes for the Buckshot Lariat but Cole ducks. Hangman then backdrops Cole over the top onto reDRagon. Hangman and Jurassic Express reclaim their titles.

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

Thunder Rosa comes out for an interview with Schiavone. Rosa says it was a shame that her celebration was cut short last week but she’s still the first Mexican wrestler to win the AEW Women’s Title. She says she told everyone she would put women’s wrestling back on the map in AEW and she fought and clawed her way to the top. She says she doesn’t want to just be the face of the women’s division in AEW, she wants to be the face of all women’s wrestling.

Rosa says that pillars get knocked down but foundations remain standing. She says she will be a foundation in AEW and anyone that wants to come after her she’s ready. Rosa says she didn’t go through hell for someone to take her down immediately. She says that she’ll face Nyla Rose any time.

In the back, FTR cuts a promo about their match tonight. Cash says people say they take things too seriously but that’s because this is who they are. He says they will become ROH Tag Team Champions this weekend and then they’ll become the first ever two-time AEW Tag Team Champions. Dax issues a challenge to the Young Bucks for a match.

Owen Hart Cup Women’s Qualifying Match
Toni Storm vs. “The Bunny” Allie

This is Storm’s AEW debut after leaving WWE earlier this year. Storm goes after Allie right off the bat and hits a Snap Suplex for a quick nearfall. Storm goes to work on Allie’s arm and then tosses her to the outside but Allie lands on the apron. Allie hits a Knee Lift to Storm knocking her to the floor. Allie hits a Running Clothesline on Storm on the outside.

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

Allie rakes the back of Storm but Storm hits a Running Clothesline. Storm headbutts Allie and hits a Flying Hip Attack. Storm follows up with a Mafia Kick and the Perfect Plex for two. Allie trips Storm and hits a DVD for two. Allie goes for a Flying Knee but Storm catches her and goes for a German Suplex. Allie hangs on to the ropes and elbows Storm. Allie hits a series of Superkicks for two.

Allie goes for the Rabbit Hole but Storm counters into a German Suplex and Storm Zero for the pin!

Winner: Storm via pinfall (Storm Zero)

In the back, Nyla Rose says that she is the cornerstone of AEW since day one and she refuses to be a footnote. She says she will cement her legacy in Rosa’s blood.

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

Main Event
“La Sombra” Andrade el Idolo vs. Darby Allin

Andrade hits a Tornillo on Allin as he makes his entrance. Darby manages to fight back and actually dives off the apron with his skateboard on the back of Andrade. Allin dives off the ring steps but Andrade catches him in midair. He dumps Allin over the barricade and then sets the ring steps up on their side. He Suplexes Allin on top of the steps and then rolls into the match to finally start the match. Allin manages to roll himself in and the bell officially rings.

Andrade flips Darby upside down in the corner and then does the same in the opposite corner. Andrade hits the Flying Knees in the corner for two but Allin grabbed the bottom rope. Andrade picks Allin up but eats a Jawbreaker. Allin then charges at Andrade but he backdrops him WAY up in the air.

—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

Darby hits the Code Red on Andrade as he was setting up for something. Allin fights Andrade off with a series of kicks but Andrade shrugs him off and hits a Cartel Kick. Allin and Andrade start slapping the piss out of each other until Andrade bitch slaps Allin into next week. Andrade pulls off his belt but the referee takes it away from him. Allin trips Andrade and hits the Diamond Dust for two.

Andrade catches a diving Allin with a Backbreaker for two. Andrade lifts Allin up to the top rope and lifts him onto his shoulders only for Allin to counter into a Super Crucifix Bomb! Allin locks in the Fujiwara Armbar! Jose comes running out but Sting attacks him from behind. Butcher and Blade run out and attack Sting, which distracts Allin. Allin dives onto them with a Plancha!

Allin goes for a Coffin Splash but Andrade catches him in midair and hits the Brillante Drive into the turnbuckles followed by the La Sombra for the pin!

Winner: Andrade via pinfall (La Sombra)

AFO attacks Sting after the match but The Hardyz run out with chairs and clean house! Matt hits the Twist of Fate on Quen followed by the Swanton from Jeff!
