The latest news on Kenny Omega’s in-ring return

As first reported by Fightful Select and then, F4WOnline, the in-ring return for Kenny Omega is reportedly being targeted for September’s All Out pay-per-view.

Both reports note that a third match between FTR and the Young Bucks is being held off due to a “major angle” that has yet to begin.

Fightful notes tentative plans is for Omega to team with the Bucks in a trios match at All Out, with speculation it could be against Adam Cole and reDRagon. As of this report, nothing has been independently confirmed.

Omega had told Fightful in an interview last month that his original return date was going to be at Forbidden Door. However, he also said that he did not want to return to in-ring action to soon.

Omega has been out of action rehabbing several injuries. His last match before taking time off was at last November’s Full Gear when he lost the AEW World Title to “Hangman” Adam Page.
