WWE is reportedly expected to make attempts to reconcile with Sasha Banks and Naomi, according to a new report by F4WOnline.
In an appearance on Thursday’s episode of the Sports Illustrated Media podcast Dave Meltzer was asked with Vince McMahon gone from WWE, could this now lead to Sasha Banks and Naomi returning to the company.
“It’s kind of up in the air. I mean, they’re gone. The last I heard was that there would be attempts to be made to reconcile, especially with Vince gone,” Meltzer said. “So, it’s up in the air. I don’t think there’s anything definite just yet.”
Sasha Banks and Naomi have been indefinitely suspended since walking out of the May 16 episode of WWE Raw, due to feeling lack of respect. Both women have been removed from WWE’s internal active roster. Neither has been officially released. There were also reports that Banks’ lawyers were involved to obtain her release from the company.
There has been no talk on WWE television about the future tournament to crown new Women’s Tag Team Champions.
