WWE News: Possible Raw Spoilers; Potential Plans For TV Tapings This December

According to PWInsider, WWE is working on plans for this Monday’s Raw to be a Halloween special on the USA Network.

The report further notes that WWE officials have been “scrambling” and looking to book talents for cameo appearances to fill the spooky portions of the show.

It is being said the main two names being tossed around for return appearances are WWE Hall of Famer The Godfather and The Boogeyman, who appeared on WWE’s The Bump this week. It was also noted that The Godfather may end up appearing as Papa Shango.

Monday’s show will take place from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.

WWE’s plans for TV tapings during in December

PWInsider is reporting the following for WWE when it comes to television episodes for the holiday season this December.

-Friday Night Smackdown will be live every week except on Friday December, 23. They will have a live episode airing on FOX on December 16 and then tape the December 23 episode the same night. The show is set to take place at the AllState Arena in Chicago, IL.

-NXT will be live on Tuesday December 6 and Tuesday, December 13 on the USA Network.  On Wednesday, December 14, at the Performance Center, they will tape the episodes for December 20 and December 27. The plan is to resume live episodes on January 3, 2023.

It has not been confirmed by PWInsider what the plans will be for Monday Night Raw on December 26. It should be noted that there is a Raw branded Holiday House Show event scheduled for the same night at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, OH, and also WWE is scheduled to hold a SmackDown branded Holiday House Show event at Madison Square Garden in New York City. It was further noted that WWE has a live Raw scheduled on the 19th of December at the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa. It is possible that WWE will tape an episode of Raw for December 26. However, this has not been confirmed.
