The new home of ROH Weekly TV revealed, NJPW to be heavily involved

Tony Khan revealed during the Final Battle media scrum on Saturday that the new home of ROH’s weekly television show will be on the HonorClub streaming service. He also said that New Japan Pro Wrestling will be heavily involved in the project and has been in discussions with them.

Khan also stated that he wants to take advantage of the development work that former owners Sinclair Broadcasting funded with all the technology behind HonorClub which his own team finished off.

HonorClub is available now at $9.99 per month and contains the complete archive of past ROH programming – now with future PPVs, including Final Battle, moving to the service 90 days after they take place.

Khan did not provide any further details as to when the first show will debut or when tapings will start. He further stated that he expect to have more news coming out of NJPW’s Wrestle Kingdom 17. As far as ROH PPV’s, Khan did say he is going to keep his existing relationship with Warner Bros. Discovery and Bleacher Report on the success he has with the platform.
