Top WWE star to remain a “free agent”; Night 2 of the Draft first round

Brock Lesnar will not be drafted to either Raw or SmackDown.

At the opening of the WWE Raw, Paul “Triple H” Levesque announced that Brock Lesnar had “renegotiated” his WWE contact earlier on Monday and is not eligible to be drafted and is a free agent that can appear on any brand.

As of this writing for Night 2 of the WWE Draft with the first overall pick, Raw selected SmackDown Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley. This move comes last Friday when Friday Night SmackDown selected Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair during Night 1 of the 2023 Draft.

In addition, SmackDown selected United States Champion Austin Theory with the second pick. This selection comes after Intercontinental Champion Gunther was drafted to Raw during Night 1 of 2023 Draft.

The first round concluded with Raw selecting Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins and SmackDown drafting former Raw and SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair.

We will have a full list of the Superstars drafted during Night 2 sometime after Raw goes off the air.
