Jeff Hardy Temporarily Written Off AEW Television

The Hardy’s took a loss against The Gunns on Wednesday night’s AEW Dynamite, which aired live on TBS from the Wintrust Arena in Chicago, IL.

According to Fightful Select, the post-match angle with the Hardy’s getting a beatdown from The Gunns, Jay White and Juice Robinson was to write Jeff Hardy temporarily off of AEW television while the company is holding shows in Canada.

Jeff is unable to enter Canada due to his history with the law and his June 2022 DUI case in Florida that was a traffic stop which resulted in his arrest. Jeff did agree to a plea agreement back in February which allowed him to avoid any further jail time. This was Jeff’s third DUI arrest since 2019.

Adam Cole and MJF named as the first team in the AEW Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament on Wednesday night

Adam Cole and AEW World Champion MJF who have been in a bitter feud were named as the first team in the upcoming Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament, Both men, who were chosen at random, did not like the news when it was announced by Tony Schiavone.

CM Punk Appears

CM Punk ran to the ring to help FTR and Ricky Starks defend off Jay White, Juice Robinson, and The Gunns. Punk then grabbed a mic challenged them to an eight-man tag team match. He then said told the fans that he is a Collision guy and is not even supposed to be on Dynamite.

CM Punk FTR, and Ricky Starks vs. Jay White, Juice Robinson, and The Gunns are set for eight-man tag team action on this Saturday’s Collision, live on TNT from the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
