During Monday’s episode of WWE Raw, Michael Cole made reference to referenced Sting’s last match, by sending him a congratulations for finishing almost 40 year career.
Cole said “thanks for the memories, congratulations Sting” and then Pat McAfee said that Sting had an “epic match” at Sunday’s AEW Revolution.
Monday’s WWE Raw, was kicked off by Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.
Rhodes addressed The Rock’s lengthy promo he did on social media last Friday, ahead of SmackDown. Rhodes called The Rock a politician.
Rollins addressed The Rock’s recent claims that he could make the WWE World Heavyweight Championship go away. He dared The Rock to even go ahead and try it. Rollins then made the announcement that he has received 100 percent medical clearance.
Rhodes and Rollins also announced they will be at this Friday’s WWE SmackDown, which takes place at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.
