“Then. Now. Forever. Together.” The WWE video leads us into the show.

Jey Uso is shown entering the building earlier today. We also see Nia Jax.

Video Package: The Rock challenges Cody Rhodes and Seth “Freakin” Rollins to a Tag Team Match at WrestleMania Night One. If The Rock and Roman Reigns lose, Rhodes’ match will be free of the Bloodline. If Rock and Reigns win, it is Bloodline rules.

“Wrestling has more than one royal family.”

“The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes makes his way to the ring to a MASSIVE ovation. There are LOUD “Cody” chants. Rhodes looks delighted. Rhodes says, “So, San Antonio, what do we want to talk about?” Rhodes says he would love if they could speak about how at WrestleMania 40, in the main event with the lights on brightest in the biggest game of the year, he will stand across from the greatest champion in company history, “The Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns. However, he is really unable to talk about that because of a distraction. This distraction stings quite a bit. Rhodes is talking about The Rock. The crowd loudly boos and chants, “Rocky sucks.”

Last week, The Rock took to Instagram. The Rock posted a 16-minute video, deleted it, and then posted a 21-minute director’s cut. Then he spoke on SmackDown. He called the fans methheads and talked about Rhodes’ dog, something you don’t do. The biggest headline of all, which he made sure wasn’t the headline, is that The Rock did not accept Rhodes’ challenge for a one-on-one match. The Rock, ever so eloquently, spun that and changed the conversation. The Rock presented a whole new challenge, just like the politician he is. No wonder everyone wants him to run for office. The Rock said the people don’t want Cody Rhodes versus Roman Reigns. The people want Rock versus Roman. Then, the most peculiar thing happened. The people started chanting something else. A “We want Cody” chant loudly starts. WWE officials heard it, Rhodes heard it, and The Rock heard it. The Rock definitely heard it because he called them crybabies. Now, The Rock has presented an entirely different challenge, one that doesn’t just involve him. It involves his friend. Rhodes introduces the World Heavyweight Champion Seth “Freakin” Rollins.

World Heavyweight Champion Seth “Freakin” Rollins makes his way to the ring to a loud ovation. Rollins is in a neon yellow jumpsuit. Pat McAfee compares him to a highlighter. The crowd loudly sings Rollins’ song. Rollins welcomes San Antonio to Monday Night Rollins. Rollins asks Rhodes what he is thinking. Rhodes says Rollins has offered to have his back against the Bloodline. Rollins stood next to him when he got slapped, even with a bad knee. The plot has been incredibly twisted. Rhodes didn’t even think he’d be at WrestleMania until he saw that stupid PowerPoint of Rock and Reigns’ family being better than everyone else’s. Rollins is already facing Drew McIntyre, the only man to pin Rhodes aside from Reigns. Rhodes wants to say this for all the people to hear. They would be facing two Mount Rushmore wrestlers. Rhodes would be totally fine if Rollins declined to be on board and have his back.

Rollins respects Rhodes giving him the out, he’ll take care of Drew McIntyre. Rollins told McIntyre, as well as Rhodes and the entire world that some things are bigger than them. Taking down the Bloodline is the biggest thing they can do. It’s not just Rhodes’ story that needs to be finished. It’s Rollins’ story. Ten years ago, they came in here and wanted to take the power from the top. Rollins wanted to give the power back to the people. Reigns wants to keep all the power for himself. Here is the problem: they’re so close. With The Rock in the Bloodline, they are this close to Roman Reigns having absolute power. As for The Rock, Rollins is kind of over him. Another “Rocky sucks” chant fires up. Rollins says Rocky does suck. He hasn’t been The Rock or the People’s Champ for a long time. Rollins isn’t going to call him those things anymore. Rollins wanted to come up with a new name for The Rock. Rollins is going to call him… Diarrhea Dwayne. Every single thing that comes out of his mouth has the consistency of wet baby poop. The Rock gets on Instagram now. A “Diarrhea” chant picks up. Rollins says it sounds like San Antonio agrees with him. The Rock is on Instagram for 21 minutes insulting Rhodes’ dog and saying he can make the World Heavyweight Championship go away. Rollins dares him to try. The Rock said he made professional wrestling cool again. Diarrhea Dwayne hasn’t been cool in 20 years.

What is cool is this morning, he received 100% medical clearance. Rollins is back and ready to go. This Friday, he will be at SmackDown to confront the Bloodline. The crowd loudly cheers. Rollins wants to know from Rhodes is if he has Rollins’ back. A “YES” chant picks up. Rhodes says that answering his question means giving a message to The Rock. Rhodes says it has been a long time since The Rock wasn’t handed something. He’s forgotten. The People’s Champion is not a title in perpetuity. Rhodes will be on SmackDown with Rollins and the whole Bloodline in front of the great state of Texas. Rhodes says he will give The Rock a clear and obvious answer to what will happen at WrestleMania.
