The main event WWE WrestleMania 40 Night One is official.
Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins will square off against The Rock and Roman Reigns.
Rhodes and Rollins accepted the challenge issued on last week’s SmackDown by The Rock and Reigns.
A stipulation was also agreed upon, which is if The Rock and Reigns win, Rhodes vs. Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title for night two will be Bloodline rules where there can be inference from the Bloodline. However, if Rhodes and Rollins win, then The Bloodline will be banned from the venue for the title match, which will take place on Night Two.
Triple H made the match official, taking to X to make the announcement.
During their in-ring confrontation on Friday’s WWE SmackDown, The Rock called Rhodes a mistake, which then led Rhodes to slap The Rock.
WrestleMania 40 will take place on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7, from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA.
The big two-night event will stream live on Peacock in the United States and WWE
