Fightful Select has reported that Drew McIntyre has not signed a new deal with WWE as of this writing.
His previous deal was set to expire at WrestleMania 40, but time was added onto it allowing McIntyre to remain signed for the next few months.
The report comes after McIntyre made headlines this past weekend at WrestleMania 40, winning the World Heavyweight Championship from Seth Rollins on Night Two (even after legitimately losing his gear thanks to a mishap from UPS) only to lose the title to Damian Priest moments later due to a Money in the Bank cash-in and the involvement of CM Punk.
Drew’s chance to earn a shot at the title came up short this past Monday on RAW, following more interference from Punk.
