New IMPACT Hall of Fame Inductees announced; 9/8 Victory Road Quick Match Results

During Friday night’s Victory Road, it was announced that Mike Tenay and Don West will be inducted into the IMPACT Wrestling Hall of Fame at the 2023 Bound For Glory PPV, which takes place on Saturday, October 21, live from Cicero Stadium, Cicero, IL.

Tenay and West called matches in TNA/IMPACT Wrestling from the very first premiere event in 2002 through 2009.

Prior to joining TNA Wrestling as the main play by play announcer, Tenay also served as a color commentator for the now defunct World Championship Wrestling.

West, who was the best at hyping up sales of merchandise, will be inducted posthumously as he passed away at age 59 on December 30, 2022 following a battle with lymphoma of the brain. West also had worked as a host for the Shop at Home Network. On May 28, 2012, West gave his notice to TNA, having accepted an offer to become the new director of sales and marketing of the Wenatchee, Washington Wild Ice Hockey Team. In 2016 he signed with KPQ in Wenatchee, WA to host the Don West Show.
