According to PWInsider, IMPACT Wrestling Champion Alex Shelley, per IMPACT sources suffered what is said to be an extremely pulled muscle in his calf.
Shelley did attend the Turning Point pay-per-view taping Friday night in Newscastle, UK but was not able to compete. It was also said by PWInsider that he was noticeably hurting.
PWInsider concluded by noting that IMPACT sources stated the company will monitor Shelley, describing him as “banged up” for the remainder of the tour.
The Turning Point PPV is set to air on IMPACT Plus on Friday, November 3.
