PWInsider has reported that Kimber Lee received a sentence regarding an incident in 2023 leading to charges of DUI, Resisting an Officer with Violence, and Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer.
The former Impact talent agreed to a Nolo Contendre plea, in which the defendant accepts conviction as though a guilty plea had been entered, but does not admit guilt.
Lee was sentenced to a year of probation and community control on the DUI charge, along with two years probation and community control on the other charges, the latter to be served concurrently.
A sentence of two years in State Prison for the resistance-related charges is listed as “suspended upon completion of probation,” which is noted by the report as including a non-incarceration option in community control, allowing an offender to “live at home while traveling to a pre-determined list of destinations.”
Lee signed with Impact Wrestling (now TNA) in 2020, following years of being a notable name on the independent circuit and a brief run in WWE developmental as Abbey Laith.
Her time in Impact came to an end in early 2022, with very few appearances in the ring before retiring from pro wrestling in May 2023.
